This Zune is a replacement for another Zune I lost. I looked at the full options of MP3 players before deciding on the Zune again for several reasons. The Zune is sleek, the black one is attractive and does have a very functional touch screen. The touch screen is a bit sensitive and you have to use it straight on to get it to function properly but it will do. The Zune does provide very good sound but does not have the full support of accessories that are available for IPod. The reason I selected Zune again versus Ipod is that Microsoft Zune has a great music plan. The download cost is a per month fee and I can download all the songs I choose. I have thousands in my library. That makes the difference. Overall, the IPod probably is a bit sharper in functionality and has much better accessories, but I don't pay per song and I don't use the dangerous shared services. Overall, you will not be disappointed with the Zune's music quality, looks, functionality and plan.

Got our HD Zune to replace one that go broken, it got here quickly, workes well.
My only "complaint" is the box didn't like "NEW" but the Zune did, thanks for a good experience!
