I read a lot of reviews on this player, some good but most were negative. I have owned may Creative players so I decided to give this one a shot and if it was a bad experience, I would send it back. The player I got was a Refurbished unit from Creative and let me tell you, I am very impressed with this player. I have had none of the problems people have said in the reviews and the sound from this is even better than my Zen X-FI. The Zen X-FI has great sound quality but this one is even better. The screen does take a little getting used to but once you figure it out it is very easy to use. Everything works great on this player. Maybe since it's a refurbished unit they fixed the bugs ??? I am very pleased with this player from Creative.

I was a little apprehesive after reading the reviews, but went for it anyway. I am so very happy that I did. I was OVER the whole iPod dynasty. My husband has always had Zen, and was very happy. I liked the touch screen of the iPod. this little player does everything I want and more. Once I downloaded the software it as a snap to fill my Zen. It plays just about every format, so even the songs I had on my computer that my iPod wouldnt play, this one does. The touch function isn't the best, but with practice it's getting easier. it plugs in and plays anywhere. I wish there were chargable speakers but plugging into any computer works too. Definately a great product for the money!!
