I am currently sending my 3rd Moziac Zen product back. This last one is the same one that was sent before. I know this because it has an unusual look unlike any I have ever seen and has the SAME unique problem that it had before! I am most disatisfied with these transactions.

When I dropped and broke my original zen mosaic mp3 player, I tried to find another one, but couldnt find one anywhere. So I tried other types, but they just didnt measure up. Then I found a refurbished zen at Amazon. At first I was skeptical about buying a refurbed electronic item, but a rep. at Amazon told me I could return the item within 30 days if it didnt work properly. After being told that, I bought it. I am glad to say this one worked great. I received my order in a very short time and I have used this mp3 player for several weeks now. I listen to books on tape while I am working. This player is really good for that. It has a bookmark feature that I like. Needless to say, I am really glad I purchased this one.

I purchased this for Audio books. It works well, bookmarks are easy to place and the battery lasts longer than my Sony. With 4 GB of space I can keep several books at a time. I use the FM radio that has great reception.
