Summary: NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!! 2010-03-03
Comment: I bought this for my wife because she loves to swim. The tech manual is extremely vague. The player did would not allow her to change folders or albums. Emailing the company produces a canned response -"send it back"- with absolutely no phone numbers for any technical support,we emailed three times. We sent it back and FedEx could not find the address, in fact the FedEx driver wrote a hand note on the box that said "No such business at this address". They do provide a fax number and when I faxed them I got the same canned email. No phone calls, no corrospondance at all. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT>

Comment: The first time I swam with the radio it stopped working after about 15 min. But when I contacted the company they responded really quickly and told me it sometimes happens if the earphones aren't screwed in properly. They explained how to do it better and sent me a new one.
The player has been working great since I got the new one. I really like it!

Summary: simply not suitable for underwater use - or i got a bad one 2010-02-02
Comment: i swim about 45min every other day and was hoping this could be an entertainment solution, however after the first 20min of use it went dead, and remains so,the airbuds were sealed and the jack was sealed. I am hoping this is just an isolated case because the concept of the unit and user featrues etc are great!

Comment: I love it! I've been doing laps in the pool for years now, and it's
usually really boring. But this mp3 player makes it much much better.
The sound is great, even when swimming fast and splashing around.
And I really don't notice it at all when I swim.
Also, I recently went surfing and brought it along, and it works
equally well in salt water! I really love this little mini waterproof

and contacted the company for replacement. I was willing to pay but they sent me 2 eartips at no cost.
Great support and service. A great unique MP3 Player that looks elegant and is 100% Waterproof. No other MP3
can claim such a feature. The Tempo G2 MP3 player has a built-in FM radio and holds thousands of my personal music
downloaded from my computer.
