Summary: Greatly disappointed and aggravated 2008-12-02
Comment: I received this MP3 player as a gift last Christmas and was excited because of all the unique features it offered, mostly the Internet radio. Well the only good thing about it is that it was fairly easy to transfer songs on and build up my music library. It has a ton of different genres to choose from for the internet radio, but right smack in the middle of your favorite song, it cuts off and starts 'buffering'. When the song resumes, it's usually over. Also, it took several attempts and logons before being able to get a good connection. Lastly, I am terribly upset and angered that now Yahoo Music, which Sansa used exclusively, is now no longer available, making the internet radio feature disappear. The other big thing is that Yahoo only communicated the closure of the Music Jukebox via email, and they only gave you a 30-day notice and even less time frame to get all of your songs in your library transferred to a CD for back-up before they revoked the licensces of the songs. Keep in mind that users were paying $14.99 per month for this service, to find out that the songs will no longer be available.
They now are using the Rhapsody To Go service. I have decided to stop using this MP3 player and not transfer my service over. So now I have to wait for Yahoo Music to respond to my request for a credit in lieu of the coupon they were giving out for the Rhapsody service. It's beeon over 2 months and no response yet.
I will send this player to an early retirement and warn shoppers to NOT BUY this MP3 player. There are too many other options now than to settle for this, especially if they're going to be linked up exclusively to a music service that may discontinue and leave you out to dry with unlicensced music that you can no longer play, after paying a monthly fee for it.
I also want to add that you research your next MP3 player and find out who they use for music before you purchase. Yahoo Music Jukebox was the absolute worst!!!

Summary: good idea poorly done. 2008-08-07
Comment: DO NOT BUY. wifi is no longer supported. AS A mp3 player, it was fair.
Battery life is terrible, and does not recharge while playing, slow recharge fast discharge. Great
design, huh? I bought a car charger for it, so I could use it in
the car, instead of carrying CDs around. NO Go. After a firmware
update, the sd card could finally take music. So the actual advertised
function of the connect. was a matter of months. This is my 3rd and
last sansa product. Sansa will do nothing, just ignore you. I guess
a year is the expected life of a product from sansa. It is in the
drawer now.

Summary: Good but NO WiFi 2008-06-28
Comment: Bought this for my son and it works well with Rhapsody-to-Go which is a fantastic service and has/is absorbing Yahoo Music. Only works with a USB and not via WiFi and understand from Rhapsody that there are no plans to add WiFi. (Only WiFi player is the expensive Haier Ibiza) Nevertheless for the (discounted) price it is worth it. (Sandisk website says it has ben "discontinued")

Summary: It's OK 2008-06-17
Comment: You do not get to the use the wifi, which kind of really sucks, but for a
mp3 player, mpeg viewer the price is not bad.
