The YP-R0 is by far the best sounding player that I have heard. My Zune and Archos players just don't match up to this Samsung's bass and depth. Also it is one of the easiest OS that I've used and by far the most friendly device for computers. I definitely recommend this player to the beginner as well as the advanced digital music and video fan.

this would have been perfect for me since I have used Samsung products before, however I got tired of waiting, waiting, and waiting and bought an I pod 4g 8GB. I have also owned ipod's before and know that they are dependable, and very good products as well. Nothing negative about this product, other than it not being available for so long. I still have my older model mp3 player, but may give it to one of my friends. If the Samsung YP-RO is available, it is well worth the asking price.

Small and OK...,

I loved the first YP series of MP3 players back in 2006. I loved the fact it had a built in speaker that you could just sit on a table and listen to. Well...it looks like those nifty little features went away but on the plus side, this 8GB MP3 player is ridiculously small. Smaller than my credit card. Love the convenience of that. The biggest reason it gets 3 stars is the fact that you can't seem to load anything on it, software wise. I use apps on my iPod Touch for fitness training and this would be perfect if something like that was available. All in all though the bluetooth is better than the iPod and Android Phone I have and it is real easy to use. If you are looking for a pretty basic MP3 player...can't really beat this one.
