Comment: I couldn't figure out how to work this thing. The instructions were very vague and it was too time consuming to operate, being that it only has like two buttons to perform all functions. I wouldn't pay $2 for it.

Comment: I couldn't get this product to work. It said that the songs were downloaded, and then wouldn't play them. I tried it every way I could. There was no information in any of the materials or on-line to address the specific problem I was having. I wasn't expecting something great for the low price I was paying, but I did expect it to work.

Comment: The first one Amazon sent was not fully functional on arrival, but I returned it, and the replacement they sent works fine.
It's not the most high-tech mp3 player, but it works fine for my 9-year-old niece's needs.
It lacks all the cool features I would want in an mp3 player, but for the price, it seems a good deal.

Comment: I purchased this MP3 player for my 8 year old daughter. It was very easy for her to use. The size is larger than some small players (Creative Nuvo). I did not need to use the included software, as our WIN XP computer picked up the extra drive just fine. It does hold more songs than listed if you save at a lower-quality sound setting. This is a good choice for someone not yet ready for a better quality and high capacity player. One drawback is that the music is saved in one folder, and you have to scroll through all the songs to get to a particular favorite.
