Customer Rating: Summary: WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK 2008-11-03 Comment: I want to give it a negative star. When the player arrived already open that should have been the tip-off. I have spent hours trying to download my music to this horrid player. I ended up having to dump all 120+ songs and re-format. After reloading, they STILL wouldn't play properly. The manual's a joke and no website help exists. Put your money toward another brand. This is the second bad experience and the last time I'll order from here.
