While looking for a replacement for my old Colby MP3 player I looked at every Colby Amazon had listed.I saw two basic types, ones that looked like my old one and another style which had bad reviews on the battery compartment door. So I ordered the one that looked like my old one, but I got one that looked like the one that had bad reviews on the battery door. What is the use to shop online if the picture doesn't represent the item? I am not a happy camper about this "switch and bait" sale from amazon.

If you aren't using your smartphone or Ipod this is the unit to get. it's cheap; easy to use; can be brought with you anywhere. takes standard mp3 without having to convert formats. nuff said.

It is inexpensive, durable, easy to interface with a computer [built in USB], uses batteries so no need to charge it. It's a wonderful product I love it for running.
I prefer it over the Ipod Mini that often gives me technical difficulty.
