Radio is vastly overpriced. I had to do a firmware update to get the radio to connect to the VTuner station list. Won't keep the correct time (you set the time and when you turn the radio off and back on, the time is not correct). Won't connect to commonly available stations such as BBC Radio 3 and 4 (it sits on 'connecting' and nothing ever connects), even though these stations are shown on the station list. Speaker audio is absolutely terrible. Stations shown on the VTuner web site do not show up on the station search list the radio displays. Video plays but the audio lags the video, so on a newscast, the presenter's lips do not synch with the video. This is at best a $20 dollar concept product. Do not buy this thing unless you think 100.00 is ok to spend for a product that doesn't function.

I'm afraid I have to agree with the lowest ratings. We live in Germany and I can't get the data to load through our home wifi. It's impossible to find support. Any ideas where to go? One previous reviewer wrote that he did a firmware update - where could I find that?

Don't fall into this tar-pit. Those 'Five-Star' ratings?? - probably seller 'plants'. This is a poorly designed product from mainland china. (Labels: 'SVP', 'NMP001', 'FCC# 17013556 001')
MAJOR Problem:
-- It can not access any stations we would listen. We tried several dozen stations. Most were simply not included in the list. Some were listed, but then it gives message 'Connecting to URL' ... FOREVER .. it never connected. We tried more than a dozen stations for John Batchelor Show, including WABC (NY), KSFO (SanFran) - it couldn't access any of them. For comparison, using iTunes we frequently listen those same stations with no problem. We also tried a few dozen stations for Coast-to-Coast AM - same problems - no access. It did access a few obscure stations here & there, but none of the stations we wanted.
