Not a big fan of ear bud headphones, the upgrade to in-the-ear model, PLUS the car pack was too good to pass up. I eventually bought two (his & hers). Cannot vouch for the Car adapter as I already have an auxiliary input jack/cable, but what the hey .. I know there are models with more capacity out there, but for simple music storage, I have 650 songs on mine now .. Great to put on shuffle mode during workouts! I can recall spending MORE for a first generation MP3 player with 128mB memory five+ years ago. 5 Stars for VALUE!
