I bought a pair of these at the drugstore to replace my Zune headphones which I somehow lost. I was pleasantly surprised that they have great sound (good bass response) and I could also hear my music (including spatial separation) much better than the headphones that came with my Zune.

I have been using them now for about two weeks and loving them. They have a set of different sized soft rubber inserts that allow you to get a good fit in the ear canal. I use the largest set and it blocks out sound really well. I can listen to my music with the volume actually lower than my previous headphones and hear the music better.

Needed a cheap 3rd pair of earbuds for emergencies, but better than the Ipod included ones. So thought I'd try these. Bad move. They sound fair (better than Ipod's, but not as good, e.g. as Skullcandy for a few bucks more), but: after the first day, they fell off my table (about 3 ft high) onto the wood floor, and the thin plastic casing actually cracked in half, and the little speaker part fell out. Tried to glue it back together (never say it's over), but the extremely thin wire to the little speaker fell off the post. Now dead. Have had dozens of earbuds, which have fallen a lot higher onto concrete and asphalt, and never had this happen. I guess for under $15, they can't use plastic thicker than an eggshell.

These Memorex earbuds are great! The sound is great and no hissing. A true stereo sound. Nice color too. Cant fail with this price.
