I bought this for my Office so that I could charge my iPhone while at work and the little plus for me was that I can use it to play music without having to put on my headphones. There are some issues with this cheap little machine though. Like sometimes when I dock my iPhone, the unit's clock resets back to 12:00 and stays there. This is really annoying as I was depending on the Mi3020's clock's large number display for my office clock. I know I have a clock on my computer, but it's too small to read when I'm not sitting right there in front of the screen. My phone has a clock on it, but I have to turn it on when I want to see what time it is. So I was really disappointed when the clock on the Mi3020 turned out to be a piece of garbage instead of a reliable time piece. The speakers are also sub-standard (which I kind of anticipated due to the low price). They are often buzzy or staticky, especially at lower volumes, which isn't really soothing for my office environment.

Got this at Walmart for $39.88 a few days ago. Handled & compared it with a few others on the shelf - built more solidly than some pricier ones. I figured out how to use the buttons/controls, etc before even reading the manual. My iPod Touch seated well (without any of the 4 "universal docks"); music quality was quite good for a small/medium room. The remote-control is really cute & tiny (half the size of my iPod!) but I haven't used it becuz I don't have a button-battery handy. As long as system is plugged into the wall-outlet, the clock runs & the iPod charges. Came with a 90day limited warranty, but this is a keeper

I paid for and thought I was getting a new product, but when it arrived I realized it was a "refurbished" product. If I had wanted used I would have paid less and ordered used!
