Summary: THIS IS JUNK !!!! 2008-10-14
Comment: Don't buy this product !!!
I have seen three of these already with read issues. Copy files onto the drive and suddenly the system does not see them. I have contacted the compnay for support and they have not responded. There is a firmware update for FAT 32 on the website but it will not install. I have ask for assistance on that too with no response. This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased. I am trying to return the product but I can get no answer on it. Do not buy this or any other product from Masscool/Fanner Tech. If you have any problems they will not back their products.

Comment: I do not know if this product is good or not. It comes with outdated instructions which caused me to break the thing trying to install the 3.5" disc.
