The player that I received from Amazon had a faulty volume control button. So, I contacted jWIN, and they sent me a new one that was fully functional. They have good customer service, but I honestly think that this mp3 player was simply not constructed very well. The battery life is excellent. In fact, I have never seen an mp3 player last as long as this one. I am using a rechargeable Ni MH battery (which I already had), and it lasts forever. Oh, and to make things more painful, the font is MingLiu (open a MS Word document to see what it looks like). After setting up all the songs in each individual folder, I have to press to the Confirm button every time in order to play the song. When I press Confirm, a screen shows...Read more By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
