The DVI with HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) input allows for unaltered, or uncompressed, transmission of digital content from DVI with HDCP outputs. JVC's Digital Super Detail (DSD) circuitry is state-of-the-art edge correction that, coupled with Natural Progressive circuitry, works to reproduce completely focused pictures for still to highly active images, ensuring that every image then is viewed at the highest possible resolution. With the TheaterPro D6500K color-temperature feature, your view of the screen is true to what the film was originally meant to look like.
Other features include 3:2 pulldown cinema video processing for a smooth theaterlike experience, a 10-bit 3D comb filter for enhanced color purity, 6 aspect modes (panorama, regular, cinema, full, HD cinema zoom, and HD panorama), dual-tuner split screen (PIP), and virtual surround sound. The set has a built-in 181-channel tuner, though you will need an optional HDTV tuner to receiver high-definition broadcasts.
It has a DVI input connection, 3 sets of composite A/V connectors (1 in the front), 3 S-video inputs (1 in front), 2 component-video inputs, 1 RF input, and 1 audio output (with subwoofer).

Starting from the sleek, silver finish to the performance we have been more than satisfied. It has numerous inputs mostly on the back of the set but it has some on the front for easy access. As big as it is, it is also surprisingly easy to move around your living room and can be moved to the spot you want it with only 2 capaple adults. I dont think we have used an input device yet that fully utilizes the performance of this TV. I really love the different picture settings you can select, including the "Game" setting. Ive been in Video game heaven since buying this TV. Dont forget the Popcorn! |
