Having used both. Size. The E10 has a face that's just a teeny tiny bit larger than the nano - barely noticable. However, it is a lotta thicker. But ultra thinness can be a downside as the Nano fits ever so uncomfortable in one's palm. The E10 feels sturdy, strong, and well built. It's not as slippery. Feels awesome and cute and nice in your hand. Price. Look at the price there, 180 for a 6Gb, what's 4GB for a nano? 200, and you don't get the fm radio, you don't get the voice recording, you don't get the radio recording, you don't get the ANIMATED games, you don't get the video playback, you don't get the flash interface, you don't get remote control, you don't get the dedicated volume buttons, you don't get SRS WOW, you don't get the five-band user EQ, and you don't get animated backgrounds that change automatically according to the days of a week as well as specific time.
