I bought it as a first mp3 player for my young daughter expecting her to loose it. She can't even use it! It is not user friendly when it comes to loading music or trying to play music on it. The shell and controls feel cheap, which is pretty close to what I expected. After only a month though it stopped working; the unit will not hold a charge. The only way you can use it is if it plugged into a power source... not very portable. I would suggest spending a little more money and getting a better player.
