The cover is much better than not having one.
2 things that would make it an even better product.
1. A belt clip that allows you to remove it from the belt easily (you have to remove your belt to get it out of the case)
2. An opening at the bottom so you can charge the Iaudio without having to remove it from the case.
Still a great deal to protect your favorite music player
The best case, and I've tried others,

I tried two other cases before this one, and this is by far the best. The only thing I would do to improve it is put a hole at the bottom for the sub pack, and I'd add a plastic cover for the screen, as that is a large reason why most people want a carrying case. These two things really aren't a big deal to me, however. If I need to use the sub pack, the case it quite easy to remove, and to protect the screen, I simply use the plastic screen covers which come with the iAudio. The case is compact, gives easy access to the controls, and I know the description says it's pleather, but it sure looks, feels and smells like leather to me. I definitely recommend this case over the others I have tried.
best option,

I looked far and wide for some sort of case for the X5, mostly to protect it. Unfortunately, accessories for MP3 players are hard to come by unless you own an iPod... This one is the best option available. It keeps the player secure and offers holes cut for almost everything. The only thing is you have to take it out of the case to plug in the subpack (to charge it or to upload music). This really isn't a big deal, it goes in and out of the case very easily.
