Summary: Memory Not Included 2008-08-16
Comment: All you are buying is a headset you can use sd memory cards in. there is no built in internal storage space for your songs so it can't be used at all without a memory card that is sold separately. This Product is misrepresented, 1GB has no place in the title. So now I need to order a sd memory card if I want to use the headset.

Summary: No INTERNAL Memory! 2008-07-21
Comment: The product information and Technical description seem to indicate there is 1gig of internal memory on this MP3 player with the ability to expand with the SD-memory card slot. -- It does NOT! - You must have an SD card in the headset to be able to load music to the unit. Which means this unit could be a 8GB MP3 player, if your willing to spend the money on SD cards. - (or like I did, used the Micro SD card from my cell phone in it's full-size SD adapter.) Otherwise a nice unit. Easy to use for right handed individuals. Weill be great to work out with & my 4 & 6 year old kids can use them as well. - Downside is it does need one AAA battery. - Another added expense to buy rechargables & a Charger. Upside is this unit should last a long time. - No lithium battery that is not custoemr replaceable and interchangeable memory means you can have several memory cards with different music for the occasion. - (a book, kids stuff, George Carlin & Robin Williams, upbeat workout, or laid back chilling-out music.) Yes it does require more work and more pieces, but it is functional - and if it is broken or lost, you havent lost your complete library. -- downside, is this is for one person only. No way to have multiple people listion at the same time. - Since this is a headset, there is no other output.

Comment: dont let the "1GB" in the title fool you. It doesnt come with a 1GB SD card. It feels akward puting this thing on also, but you get used to it once its on. so when/if you order this make sure you have an SD card or order one with it.
i seriously dont know why the 1GB is in the title, pretty misleading. now i have to wait even longer to enjoy the mp3 player.
