Summary: hard to use mix stick 2009-01-06
Comment: this was bought for my 10 year old granddaughter. We had alot of trouble downloading songs from my computer on it. It will not accept the Itunes I have. on our 3rd try, it took forever to "sync" only to find out it for some reason it "synced" all of my songs in "my music folder" BUT only 3-5 seconds of each and then skipped to the next. That was strange. There werent any directions on how to delete songs. That took alot of effort and I am still not sure what we did that worked. Finally was able to burn my songs she wanted onto a cd and then get it on the player. Each time though the songs we DID pick showed up on her "disney mix central", but would not "sync" onto player even though it said it was . so I have no idea why they would not "sync" onto the player. Also the on /off button is confusing.. sometimes you push it and it stays red.. then sometimes it goes green, we have yet to figure out what we do different to make it stay green....she now has a whole 14 songs that took us forever to get on there. Thank goodness for the mix clips you can buy and insert to hear songs.. but they cost 15$ or more...

Comment: This player came to me (my daughter) BROKEN right out of the box. It never worked, not one time. This was confirmed by a phone call to tech support (damaged firmware). They refused to honor the warranty without a receipt. It was a gift, and the buyer threw the receipt away.
