Received this M300 at the end of June. The bluetooth feature does not work. The unit locks up when searching for bluetooth devices and has to be rebooted. If Creative fixes the SW in this product it could be a great portable system for excercise. Returned it as Creative support did not have a clue.

This player does not have it's own software like Creative Centrale or the Zen V Media Explorer available for other Creative Products. They recommend using Windows Media Player... If I knew it involved using this program I never would have selected the M300. If you do make the purchase, like me you'll be sorry. Just setting up a playlist seems like a pain. Hopefully someone at Creative will write a program for this player, otherwise it might be time for an Ipod.

I could never understand people who bought Apple mp3 players when there were Creative Lab products out there as an alternative.
Well CL has morphed into Apple and I just hate this product. What happened to click and drag? You can't even create your own playlists without alot of difficulty. I still haven't figured out how to do it. I know that I like things easy so it's partly my fault but things should be made to be easy to operate. I'm going to stick to my stone plus.

This player is too sensitive to the touch. You can't handle it without it changing music or stations on you. I don't want to have to lock it after each time I find a song or station i want to listen to. It is not pocket or jogger friendly. CL should have left well enough alone with there earlier products.
