I use the Zen Mozaic EZ100 for listening to audio books and it is wonderful. I can burn books on CDs straight to the player and not have to have them taking up space on my hard drive. My public library has Overdrive which works flawlessly with the EZ100. I can listen to a book with one battery charge (mind you I never turn up the volume futher than 50%) and it's small enough to easily store in a pocket but large enough not to lose. It's been saturated with sweat (working in the garden while swashbuckling on the high seas), left in a hot car, and left in a frozen car and it still gave me hundreds of hours of entertainment (I don't advocate such abuse, just saying mine kept going after I abused it).
Take time to get to know the product, if you abuse it one day, DON"T turn it on until you have given it a good nap to recuperate. A little love, a little understanding and you'll have a product which in turn will provides thousands of hours of great quality entertainment.

I already own the Zen Mozaic and decided to purchase the Zen EZ100 to have another handy.
Not only did the Zen EZ100 NOT work, the customer service at Creative Labs was the WORST. They only provide help via 'reasearch articles' and do not offer any over-the-phone consultation. After pulling my hair out in frustration over such a terrible product, I returned the Zen EZ100. What a waste or time and money!
The Zen Mozaic, however, still works great!

This player holds all of my music and is easy to navigate. However, the playlist feature (which I use all the time on my older creative Zen player) is useless. You can't add playlists directly from your computer, you must create them within the player, which takes a lot of time and effort. Also: after adding one song to a playlist and going back to try to view the playlist, the software crashed completely, the player froze, and I had to shut it down, which took over 15 minutes. Tried the same thing again (viewing a playlist) and the player crashed again. So I really can't use the playlist feature at all, which makes this player a million times less appealing to me. :(
