Summary: A product with error. 2005-01-14
Comment: The first day I bought this, it didn't work. But then the next day, it worked a gain. I continued to use it for 1 month, and it didn't work completely. Many people used it and said that it is a bad product with errors.

Summary: Don't buy this piece of crap 2004-12-26
Comment: I bought this piece of crap and found out it's not compatible with tracks which are downloaded in DRM (Digital Rights Management) format which 6 out of 6 songs I downloaded from Napster were in. So, I have basically a $200 radio. Worthless. DO NOT BUY!!!

Summary: Creative could be creative 2004-11-10
Comment: I bought this player for my nephew(age15) one year ago. After the first month it wouldn't work. called and they refused a new one, only rebuilt. OK. Sent it back and 4 1/2 months later it stopped playing again. They refused him any replacement, partial payment to fix it, no solution to the problem. I am sitting here with this $179.MP3 player that doesn't work, that I can now get for $119 and am not sure what to do with it. Do I throw it away, can it be fixed(again). I would not buy any Creative product again. EVER

Summary: Ideal for its use 2004-09-06
Comment: I have had the Rhomba now for about 8 months and I am very happy with it. There was a problem after about 3 months but after some intense convosations with creative's customer support and online assitance I upgraded the firmware and have had no problems.

It can hold enough wma for my needs. It is small enough to go running with (the reason I chose it in the first place). I have a couple of issues with it which would not have stopped me buying it. but may be of concen.

Power> power display on the screen bares little relation to the power held in the unit. It never appears to go below about 60% power but has run dry several times. I would (in restrospect) have prefered to have a battery powered as if you don' have a PC around with a USB port, you can be kinda stuck. perhaps someone will come up with a power supply cable which goes straight to a USB conector from an AC source (with whatever voltage they need)

radio > when this works it is great.. sadly to get it to work i need to heavily flick the unit a few times. OK not best practace!

But as I said do have a small MP3 player which works with WMA and is easy to use I have been very happy with this unit.
