I agree with other reviewers that the bass output is a little weak. At first I thought that this was a problem with my iPod, but I also tested this on my computer and TV and had the same result. But, that being said, the bass really wasn't that bad, and honestly, I found the audio output to be really good and particularly clear. Also, although these really aren't really sold as sound dampeners, I found they did a very nice job reducing outside noise.
The headphones were surprisingly comfortable. They are lightweight and have a nice pad at the top, so the unit can rest on the top of your head without pain. The ear cups themselves are also lightweight, and I when I adjusted the unit so that all the weight was resting on my ears the unit was still comfortable. Notably, for a guy, I have a smaller head, and these fit perfectly. So, this might be a nice set for smaller headed people. I have been trying to replace a similar pair of headphones for quite a while. This set is the closest I have been able to come. An extra long wire, well cushioned around the ears and the sound quality is superb.

only problem are the lime green or shocking pink, so just get chrome or white instead!,

excellent headphones for any application, very comfortable and yet full sound
ok, so the bass is not house rocking like that jerky car that cruises by with subwoofers trembling the earth.
the sound in here nevertheless is very faithful, high fidelity in fact, and won't burn through your ear drums booming obnoxiously
great earphones, great and true sound, comfortable, great price,
what more can you ask?
