This review is from: Coby 2.4 Inch Touchpad Video MP3 Player 4 GB with FM MP725-4GBLK (Black) (Electronics) I always believe at some point the quality of Chinese products can be trusted, and when that happens their products would be better than those expensive ones of the same kind. I can't say for other models of Copy MP3 players. But for the one I have now, I can say that it passes the point already. It has not only a nice looking with all functions operational, but also more features that the expensive popular models do not have, such as ipod nano. For example, ipod MP3 players can only play video or movies in mpeg4 formats. But this one can play video files in rm, rmbv, avi, and flv formats. You just download movies or videos from internet to the player. It will play. No need of conversion or any extra work! It costs less than 1/3 of those expensive popular models. It would be perfect if it has a larger screen, such as 3". 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful: This review is from: Coby 2.4 Inch Touchpad Video MP3 Player 8 GB with FM MP725-8GBLK (Black) (Electronics) I wound up buying this player because my last one had too little space, and I'm quite pleased with it.
It's a good quality player, and seems to have a nice, long battery life. I knocked off a star for two reasons; firstly, the touch screen is VERY sensitive. If you so much as brush against it whilst it's playing a song, it will press a button. Thankfully, there's a locking button that turns off the touchpad temporarily. My second reason was due to it not having a battery bar when plugged into the computer. It's impossible to tell whether or not it's been fully charged while it's still plugged in. Otherwise, it's a good player, and I'm quite happy with it. 6 of 8 people found the following review helpful: By Clarity (Florida) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Coby 2.4 Inch Touchpad Video MP3 Player 8 GB with FM MP725-8GBLK (Black) (Electronics) The program it came with wasn't worth the trouble. Using Windows Media Player, coby would not accept many songs, I don't know why (they were mp3s). Player froze several times after I first turned it on and needed a tiny pin to reset it. Touchscreen itself is annoying, lights that show the "buttons" don't stay on and don't have an option to, fingerprints have to be wiped off often for touchscreen to stay responsive. This morning (the day after I first got it) the player would not turn on. The computer recognizes it but the player itself stays dark and unresponsive. The reset button will not work now, nothing is helping to turn the player on. I am returning it and do not recommend that you buy this product. |
