I love this mp3 player because of the clarity,clean looks and weight.The volume is good because I love to hear music as loud as possible. This also has great earphones but mine barely lasted a week and someone told me that this is par for the course on all mp3 players.That would be my only complaint. I think the price is great for an 8GB player and who really needs more space than this? I don't put books on this one so I doubt I'll go back to my 1GB ipod unless this one fizzles out. A really great product!

I've had this mp3 for over a year and have had no problems at all with it. The only thing I would complain about is battery life. I seem to recharge a lot more often than other mp3s, but it doen't bother me that much. The sound quality is great and the controls are easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone that wants an 8 GB mp3, but doesn't want to pay over $100 - $200 for one!

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AS A GIFT FOR MY BROTHER. HE DIDN'T EXACTLY KNOW HOW TO OPERATE IT AT THE TIME SO I WENT OVER TO LEND HIM A HAND. WHEN I GOT OVER THERE AND LOOKED AT THE PRODUCT I THOUGHT IT LOOKED A BIT BANGED UP. I SAID WHAT DID YOU DO TO THIS THING? HE SAID NOTHING, THAT'S HOW IT CAME. I WANTED TO SEND IT BACK BECAUSE I FELT THAT THEY GAVE ME USED GOODS WHEN I PAID FOR SOMETHING NEW. BUT MY BROTHER LIKED IT SO MUCH HE DIDN'T CARE. SO I DIDN'T MAKE THEM EXCHANGE OR REFUND MY MONEY.
