I got this MP3/MP4 player and it has some great features. I'm not totally unhappy, but I have yet to figure out how to run some parts of the darn thing. The manual is a joke even after I enlarged the pages so I could read it. The instructions talk about an "M" button that I have yet to find. The manual seems to not be for this player. It seems similar but not exactly the same. The player is not very intuitive either. I can usually figure things out, but not this time! I was checking out games and got stuck. I could not get out of the game and back to the main screen. It says to use that "M" button that I can't find. Finally I just hooked it to the computer and got into transferring mode to get free. This unit is perfect for anyone who doesn't want to spend $200 on an iPod or expensive touch screen mp3 Player. This unit holds hundreds to thousands of songs, and has a sensitive touch screen. The FM readio is a plus, but you HAVE to have headphones plugged in to listen to the FM radio, because FM doesn't play through the loud speaker. I really like the silicon case as I have dropped my unit a couple of times and the case has protected any breaks or scratches. All in all, this is a great unit and very easy to use!

I had been wanting an itouch for almost 2 years now but have never been able to afford one. so i had $60 saved and i bought this. i was kind of ticked because the post office wouldnt deliver and we had to pick it up but that wasnt the sellers fault it was the post offices. i think that overall this is a decent product. BAD THINGS: it took me almost 2 days to figure out how to put music cuz everyone said you can just use windows media player but it wouldnt work on mine. i found out one the second day that it was my USB cord that wasnt working not my vtouch. so fortunately the cord for my moms digital camera fit it and it was very easy to put music on after that. i recommend just going to your music and highlighting all your songs, right clicking, click send to, then click the name of your vtouch. its much easier and faster than windows. disappointment came when i found out it DIDNT have a camera then i looked and this model DOES NOT have a camera only certain models do but not all. i...Read more
